Rigorous research
Evidence, context and specialist knowledge to understand the problem before recommending action.
Experienced judgement
The ability to evaluate competing choices, anticipate consequences and make a defensible recommendation.
Accountable implementation
A defined plan, the right specialists and named responsibility for the work we agree to deliver.
Deliverables make the scope accountable. Research, judgement and strategic responsibility determine the investment.

Before we begin
Commercial questions.
How is the fee decided?+
We establish the decision, its importance to the institution, the evidence required and the work we will take responsibility for. The proposal sets a fee for that scope, informed by complexity, specialist expertise and senior involvement.
Can we begin with a smaller scope?+
Yes. A strategic diagnosis can be a standalone paid appointment. It produces a decision and a recommended direction before a larger programme is considered. Each appointment must meet its own agreed scope and investment.
Are US and Indian clients quoted differently?+
Published starting fees use the same USD basis. INR conversions help with planning. The final proposal confirms scope, taxes, billing currency and the applicable conversion basis.
Does a retainer include unlimited work?+
No. It reserves a defined team contribution and an agreed programme of responsibilities. Priorities and capacity are reviewed together; additional programmes are scoped before commitment.
What happens when the scope changes?+
We agree revised scope, responsibilities, fees and timing with you before additional work begins. A new requirement becomes an explicit commercial decision.
