Wunderbridge

How we work

One brief.
A connected team.

Your mandate belongs to the firm. We align the practices, responsibilities and delivery plan to the work you need done.

From understanding to delivery.

  1. 01

    Understand

Our team works with you to define the problem and the institution’s priorities.

  2. 02

    Connect

We assemble the relevant practices around one scope and delivery plan.

  3. 03

    Build

Strategy, creative development and technical delivery move together.

  4. 04

    Evolve

The work develops with the institution through a continuing relationship.

Clear from the start.

The right practices

A mandate can combine disciplines or focus on one. The team and scope are agreed around the institution’s needs.

An agreed delivery plan

Responsibilities, milestones, reviews and fees are set out in the proposal.

A continuing relationship

The twelve client partnerships shown on this site are ongoing and span more than five years.

A written statement of work.

Objectives, evidence, decision responsibilities, workstreams, milestones, exclusions and the investment are agreed before work begins. Fees recognise the expertise and strategic responsibility committed to the mandate.

When the decision needs private advisory.

Joshua Singh Kanwar’s personal strategic advisory is a separate, selective engagement for boards and principals. It is not required to work with the Wunderbridge team.

Substantial mandates are considered on strategic fit, commitment and availability.
